  • CLIENT OF BHEL or “CUSTOMER” shall mean the project authorities with whom BHEL has entered into a contract for provision of services.

  • Business Case means the written reasoning behind the initiation of a Procurement Project, prepared in the form set out in Part 1 of the Procurement Project Plan at Appendix A of the Procurement Project Planning Protocol.

  • Amended and Restated Bylaws means the Amended and Restated Bylaws of the Fund in effect at the time the Registration Statement relating to the Preferred Shares is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission, specifying the powers, preferences and rights of the Preferred Shares.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • Business location means a location where the firm carries out an activity that requires registration, and includes a residence if regular and ongoing activity that requires registration is carried out from the residence or if records relating to an activity that requires registration are kept at the residence;

  • Certification of Incorporation means the restated certificate of incorporation of the Corporation, as it may be amended from time to time, and shall include this Certificate of Designations.
