Examples of Business of NJR in a sentence

  • In the event that Employee, during the Restricted Period and within the Restricted Territory, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, performs services of the type which are the same as or similar to those conducted, authorized, offered or provided by Employee to NJR within the 24 months prior to Employee’s termination or resignation, and which support business activities which compete with the Business of NJR.

  • In the event that Employee, during the Restricted Period, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicits any actual or prospective vendor of NJR with whom Employee had Material Contact for the purpose of purchasing products or services to support business activities which compete with the Business of NJR.

  • In the event that Employee, during the Restricted Period, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee’s own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicits any actual or prospective customers of NJR with whom Employee had Material Contact for the purpose of selling any products or services which compete with the Business of NJR.

  • In the event that Employee, during the Restricted Period, directly or indirectly, whether on Employee's own behalf or on behalf of any other person or entity, solicits any actual or prospective customers of NJR with whom Employee had Material Contact for the purpose of selling any products or services which compete with the Business of NJR.

Related to Business of NJR

  • Business of the Company means any business or activity involved in grocery or general merchandise retailing and supply chain logistics, including but not limited to grocery distribution, business-to-business portal, retail support services and third-party logistics, of the type provided by the Company or its Affiliates, or presented in concept to you by the Company or its Affiliates at any time during your employment with the Company or any of its Affiliates.

  • Company Business means the business of the Company as presently conducted.

  • Restricted business operations means business operations in Sudan that include power production activities, mineral extraction activities, oil-related activities, or the production of military equipment, as those terms are defined in the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007 (Pub. L. 110-174). Restricted business operations do not include business operations that the person (as that term is defined in Section 2 of the Sudan Accountability and Divestment Act of 2007) conducting the business can demonstrate—

  • Business of the Employer means the business conducted by the Employer, which is the business of commercial banking.

  • Private Business Use means use (directly or indirectly) in a trade or business or activity carried on by any Private Person (other than a Tax-Exempt Organization) other than use as a member of, and on the same basis as, the general public.

  • Business Systems means all Software, computer hardware (whether general or special purpose), electronic data processing, information, record keeping, communications, telecommunications, networks, interfaces, platforms, servers, peripherals, and computer systems, including any outsourced systems and processes, that are owned or used or held for use in the conduct of the Company Business.

  • Company IT Assets means any and all computers, computer software, source code, firmware, middleware, servers, workstations, routers, hubs, switches, data communications lines and all other information technology systems and equipment, and all associated documentation owned by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries or licensed or leased to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (excluding any public networks).

  • Excluded Business means a Business excluded from application for an Inter- Community Business Licence and includes those Businesses referred to in Schedule A attached hereto and forming part of this bylaw.

  • Active business operations means all business operations that are not inactive business operations.

  • Public business means and includes all matters which relate in any way, directly or indirectly, to the performance of the public body’s functions or the conduct of its business.

  • Real Estate Business means homebuilding, housing construction, real estate development or construction and the sale of homes and related real estate activities, including the provision of mortgage financing or title insurance.

  • Business Opportunities means all ideas, concepts or information received or developed (in whatever form) by you concerning any business, transaction or potential transaction that constitutes or may constitute an opportunity for the Company to earn a fee or income, specifically including those relationships that were initiated, nourished or developed at the Company’s expense. Confidential Information does not include data or information: (1) which has been voluntarily disclosed to the public by the Company, except where such public disclosure has been made by you without authorization from the Company; (2) which has been independently developed and disclosed by others; or (3) which has otherwise entered the public domain through lawful means.

  • Excluded Businesses has the meaning set forth in Schedule 1.

  • Eligible next Michigan business means that term as defined in section 3 of the Michigan economic growth authority act, 1995 PA 24, MCL 207.803.
