Business Supplier definition

Business Supplier means any person who is a supplier of the Company at the Departure Date or was a supplier of the Company during the period of 12 months preceding the Departure Date or is or was a potential supplier of the Company at the Departure Date and with whom the Company was in negotiations to do business as at the Departure Date or at any time within the period of 12 months preceding the Departure Date;
Business Supplier has the meaning set forth in Section 3.18.
