Buyer Affiliates definition

Buyer Affiliates has the meaning specified in Section 8.1(a) hereof.

Buyer Affiliates means Buyer and its members, partners, shareholders and Affiliates, and the officers, board of directors and/or managers, employees, agents and representatives of all of the foregoing Persons.

Buyer Affiliates has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) below.

Examples of Buyer Affiliates in a sentence

• Buyer Affiliates may enter into Order Forms or SOWs with SupplyShift referencing this Agreement.

• Contractor will not, either directly or indirectly, publish or disclose any photographs, images, logos, copyrighted or trademark protected information of Buyer, Affiliates or their subsidiaries; or use such information for the benefit of itself or any other Person without the prior written consent of Buyer.

• Buyer shall not be liable to Supplier or Supplier Affiliate(s) for any actions or inactions of any Buyer Affiliate(s) under a WA or PA, nor shall any actions or inactions by Buyer's Affiliate(s) constitute a breach of the Agreement between Buyer and Supplier.

• Seller on its behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates agrees that Xxxxx and Buyer Affiliates shall be a third party beneficiary under any contract between Seller and such CM and that all terms of this Agreement shall be incorporated into any contract between Seller and such CM.
