Buyer Operations definition

Buyer Operations has the meaning given in Section 6.12(b).
Buyer Operations means the activities of owning, operating, leasing, managing, acquiring, developing, selling, disposing and transferring its real property, as conducted by Buyers or their Affiliates on the date hereof.
Buyer Operations shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.4(e) of this Agreement.

  • Such activities shall be performed in such manner as will minimize interference with Buyer Operations and shall be performed at Seller’s sole risk and expense.

  • The department may require, in special situations, at the option and approval of the NJDOT Buyer, Operations Unit, Bureau of Maintenance Engineering and Operations, to split a shipment.

  • Short or split shipments will not be accepted, unless approved by the NJDOT Buyer, Operations Unit.

  • Seller shall also be entitled to rely on statements, actions and decisions of the Buyer Operations Manager as those of Buyer, unless Buyer specifies otherwise in writing with respect to certain events.

  • Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.

  • Branch operations means any business operations of a branch captive insurance company in this State.

  • Buyer’s Representatives means Buyer, any direct or indirect owner of any beneficial interest in Buyer, and any officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives and attorneys of Buyer or any such direct or indirect owner of any beneficial interest in Buyer.

  • Project Buyer means the City’s employee assigned to serve as the contact person for Bidders/Sellers responding to Invitations For Bid or completing contracts herein.

  • Seller Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • DRIVER / OPERATOR means an individual possessing sound mental and physical health who must be in possession of an appropriate professional Driving License and

  • Seller’s Representatives means Seller’s accountants, employees, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors, and other representatives.

  • Seller Entities means the Seller and its affiliates other than the Buyer Entities;

  • Production Operations means all operations conducted for the purpose of producing Petroleum from the Development Area after the commencement of production from the Development Area including the operation and maintenance of all necessary facilities therefor.

  • Due Diligence Examination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Project Companies means all Group Project Companies and Non-Group Project Companies together, each being a “Project Company”.

  • Buyer Entities means, collectively, Buyer and all Buyer Subsidiaries.

  • Contributors has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Acquired Companies means, collectively, the Company and the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Seller Parent has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

  • Buyer Representatives means the Buyer's accountants, counsel, environmental consultants, financial advisors and other authorized representatives.

  • Buyer Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
