Buyer Organizational Documents definition

Buyer Organizational Documents means: (a) the Amended and Restated Certificate of Incorporation of the Buyer and (b) the bylaws of the Buyer.
Buyer Organizational Documents means the articles of incorporation and other organizational documents of Buyer as Buyer is required to have under any applicable Law.
Buyer Organizational Documents means the Existing Buyer Certificate of Incorporation and Buyer’s bylaws, as amended and in effect on the date hereof.
