Buyer Percentage definition

Buyer Percentage means, at any time, the ratio, expressed as a percentage of the total number of shares of Common Stock Beneficially Owned by Buyer to the total number of issued and outstanding shares of Common Stock.
Buyer Percentage. As to any Buyer at any time, the percentage which such Buyer’s Purchase Amount then constitutes of the aggregate Purchase Amount of all Buyers.
Buyer Percentage means (x) 19.97% of the aggregate LLC Units outstanding immediately after the Closing and after giving effect to the Management Subscription less (y) the percentage (which shall not exceed 0.22% (calculated after giving effect to the Closing and the Management Subscription)) of the aggregate LLC Units to be issued on or promptly following the Closing Date to a newly-formed management equity vehicle expected to be named Oncor Management Investment LLC (“OMI”) for the benefit of management and employees of the Company and its Subsidiaries pursuant to Section 2.1(c).
