In the event of a vacancy on the CAB Board, whether by expiration of Term, resignation, by virtue of the fact that the Board Member is no longer qualified to serve on the applicable CAB District’s Board, the applicable CAB District shall appoint a successor Board Member.
The CAB Board may organize and provide for the administration of such other boards, committees, and subcommittees as it deems reasonable and appropriate.
