Cable Benefit Plan definition

Cable Benefit Plan means any Benefit Plan sponsored or maintained by any member of the Cable Group, or to which any member of the Cable Group is a party, or in which any Cable Employee or Former Cable Employee participates by reason of such current or former employment with a member of the Cable Group, other than a Xxxxxx Benefit Plan.
Cable Benefit Plan means any Benefit Plan sponsored or maintained by any member of the Cable Group, or to which any member of the Cable Group is a party, or in which any Cable Employee or Former Cable Employee participates by reason of such current or former employment with a member of the Cable Group, other than a Graham Benefit Plan.
