CAISO Costs definition

CAISO Costs means the debits, costs, penalties and interest that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement in each applicable Settlement Interval.

Examples of CAISO Costs in a sentence

  • Buyer shall reimburse Seller for all CAISO Costs above Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3,750.00) each month (“CAISO Cost Share”).

  • Seller shall promptly notify each Buyer of the amount of Buyer’s share of the CAISO Costs and any CAISO Integration Charges owed by Buyer in excess of the CAISO Integration Charge Cost Cap in a manner that is sufficient to allow Buyer to timely request that Seller dispute with the CAISO those charges on behalf of Xxxxx.

  • Seller shall render a separate invoice to Buyer for its share of the CAISO Costs and other CAISO charges for which Buyer is responsible under this Agreement (“CAISO Charges Invoice”), including this Section 2.7. CAISO Costs means, for In Front of the Meter Distributed Generation Projects only, the debits, costs, penalties and interest that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the Resource ID for the Project for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Project under this Agreement in each applicable Settlement Interval.
CAISO Costs has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a). “CAISO Cost Protocol” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(b).
CAISO Costs means (i) all current and future costs, expenses, fees, charges, credits and other amounts assessed by the CAISO to Seller or to Buyer in connection with the Facility and (ii) any and all costs, expenses, fees, charges and other amounts incurred in connection with performing Scheduling services, settlement services and serving as the Scheduling Coordinator. For the avoidance of doubt, CAISO Costs include any and all fees, costs and charges that come into existence for integration of the Facility (by virtue of its being an intermittent solar resource) into the CAISO Grid and any imbalance costs, expenses and charges.

CAISO Costs means (a) all current and future costs, expenses, fees, charges, credits and other amounts assessed by the CAISO to Seller or to Buyers in connection with the Facility and(b) any and all costs, expenses, fees, charges and other amounts incurred by Seller and Buyers in connection with performing Scheduling services, settlement services and serving as or arranging for the Scheduling Coordinator. For the avoidance of doubt, CAISO Costs include any and all fees, costs and charges that come into existence for integration of the Facility into the CAISO grid and any imbalance costs, expenses and charges.
CAISO Costs means (i) all costs, expenses, fees, charges and other amounts (including, but not limited to, imbalance charges and costs) assessed by the CAISO to Seller, or to Buyer in its role as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator for the Facility, to the extent arising out of, or in connection with, the Scheduling and delivery of Facility Energy to the Point of Delivery, including any fees related to Resource Adequacy Attributes or fees related to Standard Capacity Product (as defined in the CAISO Tariff) requirements or charges, and (ii) all costs, expenses and other amounts (if any) which may, following the Effective Date, be charged by the CAISO or any Transmission Provider to the‌ Facility, Seller or Buyer (in its role as Seller’s Scheduling Coordinator for the Facility) in connection with the integration of the Facility (by virtue of its being an intermittent solar resource) into the CAISO grid. For the avoidance of doubt, CAISO Costs do not include any CAISO or other costs or charges associated with Buyer’s receipt of the Delivered Energy at the Point of Delivery or the Scheduling or transmission of Delivered Energy from and away from the Point of Delivery, all of which shall be the sole responsibility of Buyer.
