CAISO Revenue Meter definition

CAISO Revenue Meter means a CAISO approved revenue quality meter, CAISO approved data processing gateway or remote intelligence gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring, recording and reporting, in real time, all electric energy produced by the Project less station use.
CAISO Revenue Meter means that meter used by the CAISO to determine the amount of Energy produced by the Project for which the CAISO shall give credit toward the delivery of any generation Schedules from the Project or toward payment for positive Imbalance Energy.
CAISO Revenue Meter means a CAISO approved revenue quality meter, CAISO approved data processing gateway or remote intelligence gateway, telemetering equipment and data acquisition services sufficient for monitoring, recording and reporting, in real time, all electric energy produced, charged, or discharged by the Project less station use.

  • Seller shall grant Buyer the right to retrieve the meter reads from the Settlement Quality Meter Data System and/or directly from the Project’s CAISO Revenue Meter.

  • CAISO Revenues means the credits, fees, payments, revenues, interest or similar benefits, including imbalance energy payments, that are directly assigned by the CAISO to the CAISO Global Resource ID for the Generating Facility for, or attributable to, Scheduling or deliveries from the Generating Facility under this Agreement.
