CAISO Specifications definition

CAISO Specifications means those standards pertaining to the areas of operation listed in Article IV of this Operating Agreement, approved by the CAISO to establish detailed technical performance and reliability parameters at the CAISO Controlled Grid and UDC Interconnection, associated with the CAISO Tariff, as those standards may be amended from time to time.

  • The responsibilities of the Parties in relation to automatic Load Shedding as a function of voltage and other parameters are stated in the CAISO Operating Procedures, the CAISO Specifications and in Schedule 7.

  • In the event of any conflict or dispute over interpretation, the CAISO Tariff shall, at all times, take precedence over the CAISO Specifications and CAISO Operating Procedures.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document means, as the context requires, either or both of the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Indicator Technical Specifications November 5, 2018 Version 1.3” and the document entitled “Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA) 2019-20 Target and Corridor-Setting Guidelines” as they may be amended or replaced from time to time;

  • Project specific information means such part of the Instructions to Consultants used to reflect specific project and assignment conditions.
