Calculating Agent definition

Calculating Agent means any third party appointed by the Licensee and approved by the LME in writing to perform Index calculation services in relation to the Permitted Use subject to this Agreement;
Calculating Agent means the person named as Calculating Agent in the preamble to this Indenture and its successors and assigns.
Calculating Agent means a person who calculates a benchmark in accordance with the methodology set out by the financial benchmark administrator.
