California Regulations definition

California Regulations means the regulations set forth in Title 10 of the California Code of Regulations.
California Regulations means the regulations of the California Commissioner of Corporations that must be complied with in order for the Options granted and Shares issued under this Plan to qualify for the exemption provided under Section 25102(o) of the California Corporate Securities Law of 1968, as amended.
California Regulations means the regulations set forth in Title 10 of the California Code of Regulations, or any successor provision thereto.
