Call Exchange definition

Call Exchange has the meaning set forth in SECTION 2.1(a) of this Agreement.

  • The Titanium Family Designee may not deliver an Exchange Notice following its delivery of an Exchange Notice for a Total Titanium Exchange or the delivery by the Silver Member of a Call Exchange Notice.
