Call Option Amount definition

Call Option Amount means the amount set out in Clause 9.3 (Voluntary total redemption (call option)), as applicable.
Call Option Amount means the actual amount of proceeds received by the Company upon the exercise of a Call Option by the Purchaser.

Call Option Amount means 100.22 per cent. of the Nominal Amount, together with accrued but unpaid interest, if the Call Option is exercised on or after the date falling 48 months after the Issue Date to, but not including, the Final Maturity Date.
