Calls Handled definition

Calls Handled means Calls Offered less Abandoned Calls, as measured by the ACD.
Calls Handled is the remainder of Sales Offered less Abandoned Calls.

  • Asset Management Plan means a strategic document that states how a group of assets are to be managed over a period of time.
