CAM Exchange definition

CAM Exchange means the exchange of the Lenders’ interests provided for in Article VII.
CAM Exchange means the exchange of the Lenders’ interests provided for in Section 10.1.
CAM Exchange means the exchange of the Lender’s interests provided for in Section 13.1.

  • Each Lender, each Person acquiring a participation from any Lender as contemplated by Section 9.04 and the Borrower hereby consents and agrees to the CAM Exchange.

  • It is understood and agreed that the CAM Exchange, in itself, will not affect the aggregate amount of Designated Obligations owing by the Obligors.
