Examples of Canadian Advances in a sentence
There shall be no more than ten (10) Interest Periods in effect with respect to all of the Syndicated Canadian Advances at any time.
The Canadian Borrower hereby unconditionally promises to pay to the Canadian Administrative Agent for the account of and ratable benefit of each Canadian Lender the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Canadian Advances on the Maturity Date.
To make any such election, the applicable Canadian Borrower must give to Canadian Agent written notice (or telephonic notice promptly confirmed in writing) of any such Conversion or Continuation of existing Canadian Advances, with a separate notice given for each new Borrowing.
The Canadian Borrower agrees to pay to the Canadian Administrative Agent for the account of each Canadian Lender a Canadian Commitment Fee on the average daily amount by which such Lender’s Canadian Commitment exceeds such Lender’s outstanding Canadian Advances plus such Lender’s Applicable Percentage of the Canadian Letter of Credit Exposure at the rate equal to the Applicable Margin for Canadian Commitment Fees for such period.
The Canadian Advances and other Canadian Finance Obligations (unless such other Canadian Finance Obligations expressly provide otherwise) shall be made and repaid in Canadian Dollars or U.S. Dollars.
