Canadian Contribution Regime Requirements definition

Canadian Contribution Regime Requirements means the Canadian Contribution Regime contribution and reporting requirements imposed by the CRTC on telecommunications service providers.
Canadian Contribution Regime Requirements means the Canadian Contribution Regime contribution and reporting requirements imposed by the CRTC on telecommunications service providers. “Canadian Defined Benefit Pension Plan” means any Canadian Pension Plan that contains a “defined benefit provision” as such term is defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada). “Canadian Pension Plan” means any “registered pension plan” as defined under section 248(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) that is maintained, sponsored or contributed to by the Parent Guarantor or any Subsidiary of the Parent Guarantor with respect to its employees.

  • Minimum Participation Requirements means a set of minimum training, risk management, communication and capital or collateral requirements required for Participants in the PJM Markets, as set forth herein and in the Form of Annual Certification set forth as Tariff, Attachment Q, Appendix 1. Participants transacting in FTRs in certain circumstances will be required to demonstrate additional risk management procedures and controls as further set forth in the Annual Certification found in Tariff, Attachment Q, Appendix 1.

  • Specific contract participation goals means the goals as stipulated in the Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2001. In addition to above-mentioned goals, the Regulations [12. (1)] also make provision for organs of State to give particular consideration to procuring locally manufactured products.

  • Waste load allocation means (i) the water quality-based annual mass load of total nitrogen or

  • Canadian Benefit Plans means all material employee benefit plans of any nature or kind whatsoever that are not Canadian Pension Plans and are maintained or contributed to by any Credit Party having employees in Canada.

  • FILOT Act Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, an investment of at least $2,500,000 by the Company, or of at least $5,000,000 by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates in the aggregate, in Economic Development Property.

  • 1940 Act Asset Coverage means “asset coverage,” as defined for purposes of Section 18(h) of the 1940 Act, of at least 200% with respect to all outstanding senior securities of the Fund which are shares of stock for purposes of the 1940 Act, including all outstanding MuniFund Term Preferred Shares (or such other asset coverage as may in the future be specified in or under the 1940 Act or by rule, regulation or order of United States Securities and Exchange Commission as the minimum asset coverage for senior securities which are shares of stock of a closed-end investment company).

  • Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

  • Defined Contribution Plan A retirement plan which provides for an individual account for each participant and for benefits based solely on the amount contributed to the participant's account, and any income, expenses, gains and losses, and any forfeitures of accounts of other participants which the plan may allocate to such participant's account. The Advisory Committee must treat all defined contribution plans (whether or not terminated) maintained by the Employer as a single plan. Solely for purposes of the limitations of Part 2 of this Article III, the Advisory Committee will treat employee contributions made to a defined benefit plan maintained by the Employer as a separate defined contribution plan. The Advisory Committee also will treat as a defined contribution plan an individual medical account (as defined in Code Section 415(l)(2)) included as part of a defined benefit plan maintained by the Employer and, for taxable years ending after December 31, 1985, a welfare benefit fund under Code Section 419(e) maintained by the Employer to the extent there are post-retirement medical benefits allocated to the separate account of a key employee (as defined in Code Section 419A(d)(3)).

  • Pension Plans The meaning specified in Section 4.1(v).

  • Automatic Investment Plan means a program in which regular periodic purchases (or withdrawals) are made automatically in (or from) investment accounts in accordance with a predetermined schedule and allocation. An Automatic Investment Plan includes a dividend reinvestment plan.

  • Foreign-going vessel means any vessel other than coastal vessel.

  • Risk Retention Requirements means the credit risk retention requirements of Section 15G of the Exchange Act (15 U.S.C. §78o-11), as added by Section 941 of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.

  • Seller 401(k) Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(i).

  • Contract Minimum Investment Requirement means, with respect to the Project, investment by the Company and any Sponsor Affiliates of at least $4,000,000 in Economic Development Property subject (non-exempt) to ad valorem taxation (in the absence of this Fee Agreement).
