Canadian Employees definition

Canadian Employees means all employees of KMCI, whether full-time, part-time, salaried or hourly, other than the Excluded Employees.
Canadian Employees means officers, employees, and non-employee members of the Board, or a corporation that does not deal at arm’s length with the Company for purposes of the Tax Act, who are residents of Canada for purposes of the Tax Act.
