Canadian Employees definition

Canadian Employees means officers, employees, and non-employee members of the Board, or a corporation that does not deal at arm’s length with the Company for purposes of the Tax Act, who are residents of Canada for purposes of the Tax Act.

Canadian Employees means all employees of KMCI, whether full-time, part-time, salaried or hourly, other than the Excluded Employees.

Canadian Employees means the employees of Seller and its Affiliates who are exclusively employed in the Business and located in Canada.

More Definitions of Canadian Employees

Canadian Employees means any employees that are employed by Canada Seller. “Cap” is defined in Section 7.4(b).
