Canadian Net Working Capital definition

Canadian Net Working Capital means, as of the close of business on the date that is three Business Days prior to Closing, accounts receivable (less any allowance for doubtful accounts) plus inventory net of provisions (less any freight and ingredient purchase order accruals) minus current amounts due to trade creditors, all as included in the Purchased Canadian Assets or the Assumed Canadian Liabilities, as applicable.

Canadian Net Working Capital means the Current Assets of Wxxxx Canada minus the Current Liabilities of Wxxxx Canada which shall be calculated in accordance with the Accounting Principles.

Canadian Net Working Capital means, with respect to the Newcos and as of any date of determination, the sum of the Current Newco Assets as of such date, minus the sum of the Current Newco Liabilities as of such date.
