Canadian Reference Bank definition

Canadian Reference Bank means any one or more of The Bank of Nova Scotia, Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, The Toronto-Dominion Bank, Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce or National Bank of Canada, as the Administrative Agent may determine.
Canadian Reference Bank means Bank of Montreal, or its successors and assigns, or such other bank as Lender may from time to time designate.

More Definitions of Canadian Reference Bank

Canadian Reference Bank means Toronto Dominion Bank; provided that if the applicable discount rate is not available from such financial institution at any time for any reason, the Administrative Agent may substitute such financial institution with a reasonably acceptable alternative financial institution.
Canadian Reference Bank means The Bank of Nova Scotia, or if such bank has not publicly announced its Canadian Prime Rate on any date of determination, such other Canadian bank as the Administrative Agent may determine in its sole discretion.

Canadian Reference Bank means a Canadian financial institution which agrees to provide discount rate quotations as contemplated by clause (ii) of the definition of “LIBOR” (or the discount rate quotations of which are publicly available) and which the Administrative Agent, with the consent of the U.S. Borrower (not to be unreasonably withheld), shall from time to time designate as the Canadian Reference Bank hereunder.
Canadian Reference Bank means a bank listed in Schedule I to the Bank Act (Canada) as Agent may from time to time designate, in its discretion.
