Canadian Trust definition

Canadian Trust means the trust established pursuant to the Canadian Trust Agreement.
Canadian Trust means ESA Canada Properties Trust, a Delaware statutory trust, together with its successors and permitted assigns.
Canadian Trust shall have the meaning set forth in the introductory paragraph hereto.
