Cancellation Bulletin definition

Cancellation Bulletin means any cancelled Card list issued by RHB Islamic Bank or Visa Member Banks from time to time consisting of all account numbers that have been invalidated by RHB Islamic Bank or VISA Member Bank.
Cancellation Bulletin means any cancelled card list issued by the Bank or VISA Member Bank from time to time, setting out all account numbers that have been invalidated by the Bank or VISA Member Bank.
