Capacity Reservation Charge definition

Capacity Reservation Charge or “CRC” means the charge assessed to Standby customers based on the customer’s designated kW level of Standby Demand.
Capacity Reservation Charge means a component of the price for Gas Transmission Capacity to which the Shipper has access under this Contract, calculated in accordance with clause 20.2.
Capacity Reservation Charge means the charges to be paid by the Train Operator to HS1 Ltd with regard to the Reserved Capacity Right as calculated in accordance with paragraph 6.1 of Part 2 of this Section 7;

Examples of Capacity Reservation Charge in a sentence

  • The Toll Charge and the Capacity Reservation Charge are fixed charges and are payable monthly during the Term of Transportation Agreement by the User whether or not the User delivers or receives Gas under the Transportation Agreement, except in circumstances explicitly provided for under the Terms and Conditions.

  • For the purposes of the calculation of the Capacity Reservation Charge and the Throughput Charge, the distance is calculated from the Receipt Facilities.

  • The Reference Service Revenue is allocated to the Toll Charge, the Capacity Reservation Charge and the Throughput Charge in the proportions shown in Table 13.

More Definitions of Capacity Reservation Charge

Capacity Reservation Charge means a component of the price for T1 capacity or T2 capacity that is for the quantity of gas transmission capacity to which the shipper has access under the shipper’s access contract;

Related to Capacity Reservation Charge

  • Capacity Charge means a charge for public facilities in existence at the time a charge is imposed or charges for new public facilities to be acquired or constructed in the future that are of proportional benefit to the person or property being charged, including supply or capacity contracts for rights or entitlements, real property interests, and entitlements and other rights of the local agency involving capital expense relating to its use of existing or new public facilities. A “capacity charge” does not include a commodity charge.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • Access Charge has the meaning set out in Clause 6.1;

  • Resource Substitution Charge means a charge assessed on Capacity Market Buyers in an Incremental Auction to recover the cost of replacement Capacity Resources.

  • Utility Reservations means Seller’s interest in the right to receive immediately on and after Closing and continuously consume thereafter water service, sanitary and storm sewer service, electrical service, gas service and telephone service on and for the Land and Improvements in capacities that are adequate continuously to use and operate the Improvements for the purposes for which they were intended, including, but not limited to (i) any right to the present and future use of wastewater, drainage, water and other utility facilities to the extent such use benefits the Real Property, (ii) any reservations of or commitments covering any such use in the future, and (iii) any wastewater capacity reservations relating to the Real Property. Buyer shall be responsible for any requests or documents to transfer the Utility Reservations, at Buyer’s sole cost and expense.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay the customer's share of transition costs.

  • Facility Charge means one percent (1%) of the Maximum Term Loan Amount.

  • Administration Charge means a charge established in accordance with Chapter 90.50A RCW and Chapter 173-98 WAC, to be used to pay Ecology’s cost to administer the State Revolving Fund by placing a percentage of the interest earned in an Administrative Charge Account.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.
