Capacity Rights Account definition

Capacity Rights Account means an account which is maintained by EKB for each Stor- age User. It is accessible via the Storage Website. It contains general information about the Storage Facility and individual information for the relevant Storage User, in particular, those referred to in § 12.2 of the main body of these GT&C. Such individual information is confidential and only accessible by the relevant Storage User.

  • III.10 As soon as the matching process has been completed, EKB shall by means of a Stor- age User’s Capacity Rights Account either: (a) notify the Storage User of any revised Confirmed Firm Renominations or Confirmed Interruptible Renominations or (b) confirm to the Storage User that the matching process has not resulted in a change of its Confirmed Firm Renominations or Confirmed Interruptible Renominations.

  • I.1 Each Storage User shall submit its Nominations and Renominations to EKB or any dispatching agent nominated by EKB by means of its Capacity Rights Account.

  • The Storage User shall notify EKB prior to using a new Shipper Code in any such Nomination or Renomination via its Capacity Rights Account of whether the Shipper Code is allocated to a Standard Balancing Group or a Special Balancing Group.

  • II.2 The Storage User is entitled to notify EKB via its Capacity Rights Account that a specified quantity of its Working Gas shall be transferred from a Rebate Working Gas Accounts to its Non-Rebate Working Gas Account of the same Adjacent Network if EKB has received a prior confirmation from the relevant Adjacent Network Operator that the Storage User (or the relevant third party shipper) has paid the applicable fee for such Working Gas transfer to the Adjacent Network Operator.

  • III.4 The Storage User shall submit to EKB via its Capacity Rights Account a matrix that shows in what priority order the Storage User's Working Gas Accounts shall serve as source for the withdrawal of gas from the Storage Facility to a certain balancing group of the Receiving Network ("Priority Matrix").

  • The Storage User is entitled to update the Priority Matrix from time to time via its Capacity Rights Account with an advance notice of at least one full Gas Day.

  • Changes in the number of Booked SBUs and the quantity of Booked Un- bundled Capacity Rights arising from Capacity Assignments shall not require an amendment to the relevant Storage Service Agreement but shall be recorded by an update of the Storage User's Capacity Rights Account and be confirmed in writing by EKB if so requested by the Storage User in accordance with § 16.8.

  • The Storage User is entitled to update the priority matrix from time to time via its Capacity Rights Account with an advance notice of at least one full Gas Day.

  • III.5 The Storage User shall submit to EKB via its Capacity Rights Account a priority ma- trix for transfers of Working Gas to a Working Gas Account with an insufficient Fore- cast WGA Balance to enable the withdrawal of Working Gas from such Working Gas Account pursuant to § 0.

  • JetBrains Account or “JBA” means an account at xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx created by Customer, having a unique name and password, and through which Customer has access to Products in accordance with a Toolbox Subscription.

  • User Account means an account under the name of the Customer in relation to the Service subscribed by the Customer.

  • Matching Contribution Account means the separate, individual account established on behalf of a Participant to which the Matching Contributions made on such Participant's behalf are credited, together with all earnings and appreciation thereon, and against which are charged any withdrawals, loans and other distributions made from such account and any losses, depreciation or expenses allocable to amounts credited to such account.

  • Retirement Account means any retirement or pension fund or account, listed in Iowa Code section 627.6(8)“f” as exempt from execution, regardless of the amount of contribution, the interest generated, or the total amount in the fund or account.

  • Unallocated Account means the portion of the Trust to which Employer Contributions are made during the Plan Year, in which shares of Company Stock will be held prior to allocation to Participant Accounts, to which dividends paid on such shares of Company Stock will be paid, and from which will be paid expenses of the Plan and Under-Payment Expenses as defined in Section 3.5.

  • ESOP Account means a Participant’s account to which are credited Matching Contributions made to the Plan after March 31, 1989, and earnings and losses thereon.

  • Sub-Account means any of the individual sub-accounts of a Participant's Separate Account that is maintained as provided in Article VIII.
