Capacity Test Certificate definition

Capacity Test Certificate means the certificate in the form of Exhibit 17 to be issued by Contractor after completion of a Capacity Test.
Capacity Test Certificate. The certificate to be issued by the Engineer under Section 8.3(b)(iii) containing the information specified in Schedule 7.
Capacity Test Certificate. The certificate issued by the Engineer in accordance with Section 8.3.

  • A Capacity Test Certificate signed by Owner is deemed conclusive evidence that the Facility has met the Minimum Capacity Level required under this Agreement.
