Capacity Test definition

Capacity Test has the meaning set forth in Appendix IV-3 attached hereto. [For Baseload Product only]
Capacity Test means an Initial Capacity Test, a Seasonal Capacity Test, a Seller’s Capacity Test or a Buyer’s Capacity Test.
Capacity Test has the meaning set forth in Attachment T (Facility Tests) to this Agreement.

Examples of Capacity Test in a sentence

  • The resulting Net Rated Output Capacity shall be used to determine the Contract Capacity, in accordance with Section 3.1(f)(i) above, and shall remain in effect until the next Capacity Test requested by Buyer.

  • Buyer shall have the right to request a Capacity Test as set forth in Appendix IV-3, to determine the Net Rated Output Capacity no more than one time per Contract Year.

  • Further, the XXXX Capacity Test will be deemed to be "passed" or "satisfied" to the extent the XXXX Capacity Ratio is not less than 100% (the "XXXX Capacity Performance Metric").

  • The XXXX Capacity Test can only be performed when the XXXX is at the lower of: (i) its maximum State of Charge or (ii) 100% State of Charge prior to the start of the XXXX Capacity Test and during the XXXX Capacity Test the Company Dispatch allows for continuous dispatch of the XXXX to 0% State of Charge with energy delivered to the Point of Interconnection.


More Definitions of Capacity Test

Capacity Test or “CT” means the Commercial Operation Storage Capacity Test, Storage Capacity Test, or any other test conducted pursuant to Exhibit O.
Capacity Test means Capacity Tests A and B, to be undertaken to satisfy the Company that the Facility has met the tests required to allow the MEC Bond to be released by the Company.
