Capital Contributions in Kind definition
Capital Contributions in Kind means a contribution by a Partner to the Guarantor LP other than a Cash Capital Contribution, including contributions of Substitute Assets (up to the prescribed limit), (which shall constitute a Capital Contribution equal to the aggregate principal balance of the contributed Substitute Assets), and/or Loans and their Related Security on a fully-serviced basis to the Guarantor LP (which shall constitute a Capital Contribution equal to (a) the aggregate of the fair market value of those Loans as at the relevant Transfer Date, minus (b) any cash payment paid by the Guarantor LP for such Loans and their Related Security on that Transfer Date);
Capital Contributions in Kind means a contribution by a Partner to the Guarantor other than a Cash Capital Contribution, including contributions of Substitute Assets (up to the prescribed limit), and/or Loans and their Related Security on a fully-serviced basis to the Guarantor (which shall constitute a Capital Contribution equal to (a) the aggregate of the fair market value of those Loans as at the relevant Transfer Date, minus (b) any cash payment paid by the Guarantor for such Loans and their Related Security on that Transfer Date);
Capital Contributions in Kind means a contribution by a Partner to the Guarantor LP other than a Cash Capital Contribution, including contributions of Substitute Assets (up to the prescribed limit), Authorized Investments (which shall constitute a Capital Contribution equal to the aggregate principal balance of the contributed Substitute Assets or Authorized Investments, as the case may be), and/or Loans and their Related Security on a fully-serviced basis to the Guarantor LP (which shall constitute a Capital Contribution equal to (a) the aggregate of the fair market value of those Loans as at the relevant Transfer Date, minus (b) any cash payment paid by the Guarantor LP for such Loans and their Related Security on that Transfer Date);
