Capital Expenditure Indebtedness definition

Capital Expenditure Indebtedness means Indebtedness incurred by any Person to finance the purchase or construction or any property or assets acquired or constructed by such Person which have a useful life of more than one year so long as (a) the purchase or construction price for such property or assets is included in "addition to property, plant or equipment" in accordance with GAAP, (b) the acquisition or construction of such property or assets is not part of any acquisition of a Person or line of business and (c) such Indebtedness is incurred within 90 days of the acquisition or completion of construction of such property or assets.
