Capital Financing definition

Capital Financing has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
Capital Financing means any transaction pursuant to which Webster raises, through the sale of additional common stock, preferred stock or long-term debt of Webster, the capital required to obtain the Regulatory Approvals.
Capital Financing means the receipt of funding by Purchaser in the amount of $3,000,000.

Related to Capital Financing

  • Co-financing means the financing referred to in Section 7.02 (h) and specified in the Loan Agreement provided or to be provided for the Project by the Co-financier. If the Loan Agreement specifies more than one such financing, “Co-financing” refers separately to each of such financings.

  • Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.

  • Equity Commitment Letter has the meaning set forth in Section 4.5.

  • Existing Financing means the financing arrangements that provided for a security interest granted by Company in the Aircraft and that were outstanding on August 3, 2020.
