Capitalised Expenses definition

Capitalised Expenses means, in relation to a Loan, the amount of any expense, charge, fee, premium or payment (excluding, however, any Arrears of Interest) capitalised and added to the principal amount outstanding in respect of such Loan in accordance with the relevant Mortgage Terms (including for the avoidance of doubt, any High Loan-to-Value Fee);
Capitalised Expenses means, in relation to a Loan, the amount of any expense, charge, fee, premium or payment (excluding, however, any Arrears of Interest) capitalised and added to the principal amount outstanding in respect of such Loan in accordance with the relevant Loan Asset Agreement;
Capitalised Expenses means in relation to a Loan, the amount of any expense, charge, fee, premium or payment (excluding any Arrears of Interest) capitalised and added to the Capital Balance of that Loan in accordance with the Mortgage Conditions. Where used in this Prospectus, the following term has the following meaning:

  • Capitalized Expenditures means those expenditures that (i) would be capitalized under generally accepted accounting principles, and (ii) are incurred with respect to Shared-Loss Loans, Other Real Estate, Additional ORE or Subsidiary ORE. Capitalized Expenditures shall not include expenses related to environmental conditions including, but not limited to, remediation, storage or disposal of any hazardous or toxic substances or any pollutant or contaminant.

  • Covered Expenses means expenses actually incurred by or on behalf of a Covered Person for treatment, services and supplies covered by the Policy. In no event shall Tax Costs included in Direct Costs for any year subsequent to the Base Year be less than the amount of Tax Costs included in Direct Costs for the Base Year. In addition, when calculating Tax Costs for the Base Year, special assessments shall only be deemed included in Tax Costs for the Base Year to the extent that such special assessments are included in Tax Costs for the applicable subsequent calendar year during the Term.

  • Current Expenses means operating costs other than personal services and shall not
