Car Park Management Expenses definition

Car Park Management Expenses means all costs, charges, expenses and outgoings reasonably and necessarily incurred by the Manager in relation to the management and maintenance of the Car Park.

Related to Car Park Management Expenses

  • Management Expenses means expenses, costs and charges necessarily and reasonably incurred in the management of the Development provided in this Deed which, except for the purpose of Clause 4.3 of Section IV of this Deed, shall include the Manager’s Remuneration;

  • Reimbursable Expenses means all assignment-related costs [such as travel, translation, report printing, secretarial expenses, subject to specified maximum limits in the Contract].

  • Administration Expenses Payment means the amount the Administrator will be paid from the Gross Settlement Amount to reimburse its reasonable fees and expenses in accordance with the Administrator’s “not to exceed” bid submitted to the Court in connection with Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.
