Car Parking Rent definition

Car Parking Rent means rent at an initial rate of £200 per annum for each car parking space provided in accordance with paragraph 1.4 of Schedule 1 and paragraph 4.22 of this Schedule from time to time and then as revised pursuant to this Schedule 4, Part B of this Lease;
Car Parking Rent means the monthly consideration payable by the Lessee for the use of the Car Parking Space provided by the Lessor to the Lessee as stated in Clause 6.2;
Car Parking Rent has the meaning ascribed in Schedule 4, Part B;

Examples of Car Parking Rent in a sentence

  • The Tenant shall pay the Car Parking Rent by four equal payments in advance on the Rent Payment Dates in respect of the number of car parking spaces to be used for the relevant period as determined from time to time by paragraph 4.22 of this Schedule.

  • Subject to the payment of Car Parking Rent in accordance with Schedule 4, Part B, the use of up to 70 car parking spaces, such number to be determined in accordance with Schedule 4, Part B, for the parking of private cars and/or motorbikes belonging to the Tenant or any other permitted occupier or their employees or visitors on a 24-hour basis 365 days a year within the numbered spaces to be determined by the Landlord (acting reasonably) and notified to the Tenant from time to time (the "Car Parking").

  • Payment of Rent (the “Rent”, being the Premises Rent and Car Parking Rent) From the Rent Commencement Date and throughout the Term, the Lessee shall pay the Rent monthly in advance on or before the 10th (tenth) Business Day of each calendar month in respect of which the same are due (the “Due Date”).

  • There shall be no escalation on refundable Security Deposit and Car Parking Rent.

  • Subject to the payment of Car Parking Rent in accordance with Schedule 4, Part B, the use of up to 70 car parking spaces, such number to be determined in accordance with Schedule 4, Part B, for the parking of private cars and/or motorbikes belonging to the Tenant or any other permitted occupier or their employees or visitors on a 24-hour basis 365 days a year within the numbered spaces to be determined by the Landlord (acting reasonably) and notified to the Tenant from time to time (the “Car Parking”).

  • Initial Rent means [ ] (£[ ]) STERLING yearly (exclusive of any VAT);

  • Basic Rent means Basic Rent as defined in Paragraph 6.

  • Base Rent As defined in Section 3.1.

  • Fixed Rent shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1 hereof.

  • Renewal Rent for the Aircraft means the rent payable therefor in respect of a Renewal Lease Term determined pursuant to Section 17.2.2 of the Lease.

  • Rent as used in this Section 21 shall be deemed to be and to mean all sums of every nature required to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease, whether to Landlord or to others. As used in Sections 21(c)(ii)(A) and (B), above, the “worth at the time of award” shall be computed by allowing interest at the Default Rate. As used in Section 21(c)(ii)(C) above, the “worth at the time of award” shall be computed by discounting such amount at the discount rate of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco at the time of award plus 1%.

  • Monthly Rent means the monthly installment of Minimum Annual Rent plus the monthly installment of estimated Annual Operating Expenses payable by Tenant under this Lease.

  • Additional Rent means any and all amounts, other than Basic Rent, required to be paid by the Tenant under this Lease, whether or not same are designated “Additional Rent” or whether or not the same are payable by Landlord;

  • parking bay means any area of a parking place which is provided for the leaving of a vehicle and indicated by markings on the surface of the parking place;

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Room Rent Means the amount charged by a hospital for the occupancy of a bed on per day (24 hours) basis and shall include associated medical expenses.

  • Additional Rental has the meaning set forth in Section 4.03.

  • Net Rent means all rental Landlord actually receives from any reletting of all or any part of the Premises, less any indebtedness from Tenant to Landlord other than Rent (which indebtedness is paid first to Landlord) and less the Re-entry Costs (which costs are paid second to Landlord).

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of "Operating Expenses," as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Base Rental means the sum of Seven Hundred Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and NO/100 Dollars ($719,268.00), payable by Tenant to Landlord in sixty (60) monthly installments as follows:

  • Parking Garage means a building or portion of a building, other than a private garage, that is used for the temporary parking of motor vehicles;

  • Common Area Operating Expenses are defined, for purposes of this Lease, as all costs incurred by Lessor relating to the ownership and operation of the Industrial Center, including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Minimum Rent means the sum of Sixty-Six Million One Hundred Seventy-Six Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty-Six Dollars ($66,176,526) per annum; subject, in each case, to adjustment as provided in Section 3.1.1(b).

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Angus Council) Designation Order 2017; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • Lease Area means the Lease Area as more particularly described in SCHEDULE C.

  • Lease Rentals means, for any period, the aggregate amount of fixed rental or operating lease expense payable by the Company and its Subsidiaries with respect to leases of real and personal property (excluding Capital Lease Obligations) determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Parking None unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and None reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Supplemental Rent means all amounts, liabilities and obligations (other than Basic Rent) which the Lessee assumes or agrees to pay to the Lessor, the Trust Company, the Holders, the Agent, the Lenders or any other Person under the Lease or under any of the other Operative Agreements including without limitation payments of the Termination Value and the Maximum Residual Guarantee Amount and all indemnification amounts, liabilities and obligations.

  • Additional Rents means amounts payable under any Lease for (i) the payment of additional rent based upon a percentage of the Tenant’s business during a specified annual or other period (sometimes referred to as “percentage rent”), (ii) so-called common area maintenance or “CAM” charges, and (iii) so called “escalation rent” or additional rent based upon such tenant’s allocable share of insurance, real estate taxes or operating expenses or labor costs or cost of living or xxxxxx’x wages or otherwise.

  • Subleased Premises means such portions of the Leased Premises being particularly identified on Schedule B, which the parties agree, for the purposes of this Sublease and any square footage calculations pursuant hereto, is approximately 42,244 square feet of office (21,068 square feet on the third floor and 21,176 square feet on the seventh floor) and approximately 9.4312% of common space (building rentable area is 447,917 square feet).
