Car Parking Rent definition

Car Parking Rent means the monthly consideration payable by the Lessee for the use of the Car Parking Space provided by the Lessor to the Lessee as stated in Clause 6.2;

Examples of Car Parking Rent in a sentence

  • When determining such a question, dispute or disagreement, the Surveyor may, if he considers it appropriate, specify that an alternative mechanism for setting the Car Parking Rent should apply to this lease, and this includes (but is not limited to) substituting an alternative index for the RPI.

  • The Tenant shall pay the Car Parking Rent by four equal payments in advance on the Rent Payment Dates in respect of the number of car parking spaces to be used for the relevant period as determined from time to time by paragraph 4.22 of this Schedule.

  • In default of agreement between the Landlord and the Tenant on an alternative mechanism for setting the Car Parking Rent, the Surveyor shall determine an alternative mechanism.

  • Subject to the payment of Car Parking Rent in accordance with Schedule 4, Part B, the use of up to 70 car parking spaces, such number to be determined in accordance with Schedule 4, Part B, for the parking of private cars and/or motorbikes belonging to the Tenant or any other permitted occupier or their employees or visitors on a 24-hour basis 365 days a year within the numbered spaces to be determined by the Landlord (acting reasonably) and notified to the Tenant from time to time (the "Car Parking").

  • If any additional car parking slot is allocated subject to availability, the LESSEE agrees to pay Rs. 3,500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) per each additional car parking slot per month (Car Parking Rent) plus service tax, lease tax and such other taxes as applicable on the Lease/Rent.

  • For clarity, the Office Space Rent and the Car Parking Rent are together referred to as “Rent”.

Related to Car Parking Rent

  • Initial Rent means [ ] (£[ ]) STERLING yearly (exclusive of any VAT);

  • Rent means Basic Rent and Supplemental Rent, collectively.

  • Additional Rent means all amounts payable by the Tenant under this Lease except Base Rent, whether or not specifically designated as Additional Rent elsewhere in this Lease;

  • Gross Rent means the rent for a set-aside unit, including any applicable utility allowances, in compliance with the rent limits applicable to the property for 2020. Gross rent does include optional fees included in the household’s lease, including but not limited to, washer/dryer, cable, parking, etc., as long as they are included in the lease or addendums to the lease. In addition, when a utility that is purchased from or through a local utility company by the Development, who in turn bills residents for actual consumption of the utility will also be eligible when the applicable utility allowance for the Development includes a deduction for the utility and the household’s lease specifies that the resident is responsible for the utility.

  • Parking Space The County shall attempt to provide adequate free parking facilities for employees within a reasonable distance of their work locations.

  • Parking Open unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("UNRESERVED PARKING SPACES"); and reserved vehicle parking spaces ("RESERVED PARKING SPACES"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)
