CARAT Indenture the CARAT Indenture, dated as of the date hereof between the Trust and the CARAT Indenture Trustee, as amended and supplemented from time to time in accordance with its terms.

  • Any such trustee shall take such part of the CARAT Owner Trust Estate subject to the security interest of the CARAT Indenture Trustee therein established under the CARAT Indenture.
