Cardholder Limit definition

Cardholder Limit the sums approved by the Bank as the maximum amounts of spending permitted for each Cardholder during a Billing Cycle (including any Card transactions not yet debited and any authorisations the Bank has given in respect of prospective Card transactions).

  • Cardholder means an individual, company, firm or other body to whom a Card has been issued at any time and who is authorised to use that Card;

  • Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;

  • Merchant Account means the merchant account facility agreed between you and the Merchant Acquiring Bank.

  • Supplementary Cardholder means the person who has been issued a Supplementary Card.
