Caregiver means an individual employed for the purpose of providing assistance with activities of daily living to the Insured or to the Insured’s Family Member who has a physical or mental impairment. The caregiver must be employed by the Insured or the Insured’s Family Member. A caregiver is not a babysitter; childcare service, facility or provider; or persons employed by any service, provider or facility to supply assisted living.
Bona fide legal resident of this State means any resident who has established residence of at least 90 days in the State.
People s Bank of China” means People’s Bank of China acting as the central bank of the People’s Republic of China pursuant to the Law of the People’s Republic of China on the People’s Bank of China promulgated by the National People’s Congress on 18 March 1995.
Adult caregiver means an adult person whom a parent has au- thorized to provide temporary care for a child under Family Code Chapter 34. Family Code 34.0015(1)
Child Caregiver means an individual providing basic childcare service needs for Your minor children under the age of 18 while You are on the Trip without the minor children. The arrangement of being the Child Caregiver while You are on the Trip must be made 30 or more days prior to the Scheduled Departure Date.
Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.
Primary caregiver or "caregiver" means a resident of the State
Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.
Schools means preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and similar facilities, both public and private, used primarily for the instruction of minors.
Supervisors means employees who primarily perform supervisory functions, including the requirement to make recommendations regarding any staff or personnel matter. These staff or personnel matters include, but are not limited to, such areas as selection, promotion, appraisal, discipline, transfer, staffing needs, work methods, changes in terms and conditions of employment, grievances, or the interpretation and administration of the applicable Collective Agreement. “Supervisors” includes employees in other employee classifications who perform supervisory functions.

Indigenous Peoples means social groups with a distinct social and cultural identity that makes them vulnerable to being disadvantaged in the development process, including the presence in varying degrees of the following characteristics: (i) a close attachment to ancestral territories and to the natural resources in these areas; (ii) self-identification and identification by others as members of a distinct cultural group; (iii) an indigenous language, often different from Pilipino, the Recipient’s national language; (iv) presence of customary social and political institutions; and (v) primarily subsistence-oriented production.
Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:
Ecology means the Washington State Department of Ecology.
Youth center means any public or private facility that is primarily used to host recreational or social activities for minors, including, but not limited to, private youth membership organizations or clubs, social service teenage club facilities, video arcades, or similar amusement park facilities.
Youth ’ means an individual between the ages of 18 and 35.
Family caregiver means a relative by blood, marriage, or Adoption who lives with or is the primary Caregiver of the terminally ill Member.
Hemiplegia means the permanent Paralysis and functional loss of use of upper and lower limbs on the same side of the body.
Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children means: • Protecting children from maltreatment• Preventing impairment of children’s mental or physical health or development• Ensuring that children grow up in circumstances consistent with the provision of safe and effective care• Taking action to enable all children to have the best outcomes
Executive Management means the CEO and the CFO for purposes of administering this Plan.
Community mental health center or "CMHC" means a facility offering a comprehensive array of community-based mental health services, including but not limited to, inpatient treatment, outpatient treatment, partial hospitalization, emergency care, consultation and education; and, certain services at the option of the center, including, but not limited to, prescreening, rehabilitation services, pre-care and aftercare, training programs, and research and evaluation.
Fish habitat means habitat which is used by any fish at any life stage at any time of the year, including potential habitat likely to be used by fish which could be recovered by restoration or management and includes off-channel habitat.
Sexually oriented entertainer means a person who while in a state of seminudity appears at or performs:
Virginia Stormwater Management Program authority or "VSMP authority" means an authority approved by the State Board after September 13, 2011, to operate a Virginia Stormwater Management Program.
Professional Sports means a sport, which would remunerate a player in excess of 50% of his or her annual income as a means of their livelihood.
State Management Committee means a Committee comprising representatives from the Confederation of Western Australian Industry, the Trades and Labor Council of Western Australia, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and the relevant Federal and State Government Departments which approve traineeship arrangements by agreement of each of the parties. The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.
