Cargo Custody Transfer Point definition

Cargo Custody Transfer Point means the Delivery Location designated in the Confirmation where custody of the Cargo is transferred from Terminal Party to Vessel Party or Vessel Party to Terminal Party.

  • If, immediately prior to giving NOR, at hoses off, the Vessel is discharging or loading another cargo in a berth at the port wherein the Cargo Custody Transfer Point is located, or waiting at a layberth there, NOR may be tendered at such berth, but time used in shifting from such berth to the anchorage or to the loading or discharging berth shall not count as laytime or time on demurrage.

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Vessel Party shall give notice in writing to the Terminal Party of the Vessel’s ETA at the Cargo Custody Transfer Point.

  • If the Cargo Custody Transfer Point has ballast water and/or slops handling facilities, the Vessel may discharge ballast water and/or Cargo slops up to the maximum capacity available.

  • If requested by the Terminal Party, Vessel shall load or discharge Terminal Party’s grades simultaneously whenever the Cargo Custody Transfer Point allows.

  • If the Cargo Custody Transfer Point requires barges to berth individually, time consumed in shifting the barges shall count as used laytime or as time on demurrage.

  • If the Cargo Custody Transfer Point is a marine Terminal, a Vessel must comply at all times with the applicable Terminal regulations.

  • When applicable, such notice shall be actually received by the Terminal Party 72, 48, 24 and 6 hours before Vessel’s expected arrival at the Cargo Custody Transfer Point.

  • The Vessel Party shall exercise due diligence to ensure that a Vessel also have onboard any other applicable local, state or federal Proof of Financial Responsibility Certificate that may be required at the Cargo Custody Transfer Point.

  • The Vessel Party shall exercise due diligence to ensure that the Vessel shall comply with all applicable local, state and federal environmental laws and regulations covering water, air and land pollution while at the place(s) of the Cargo Custody Transfer Point.

  • Terminal Party and Terminal may, at their option, place a representative or representatives on board the Vessel to observe loading and/or discharging of Cargo and related operations during the period after the Vessel has arrived at the port wherein the Cargo Custody Transfer Point is located.

Related to Cargo Custody Transfer Point

  • Destination Point means the delivery point(s) on Carrier’s System where Product is delivered to Shipper, as such points are specified in Section III of this tariff.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Delivery Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which energy is delivered into the Grid System i.e. the Interconnection Point.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Representative sample means a sample of a universe or whole (e.g., waste pile, lagoon, ground water) which can be expected to exhibit the average properties of the universe or whole.

  • Interconnection Point means the point(s) of connection(s) at which the project is connected to the grid i.e. it shall be at 11 / 22 kV bus bar level of substation of MSEDCL.
