Carolina North Project definition

Carolina North Project means the Carolina North development subject to this Agreement. It includes all buildings constructed on the Carolina North Tract unless specifically provide otherwise in the Agreement. It does not include a public school site or building that may be sited in the future on the Carolina North Tract.
Carolina North Project means the mixed used campus proposed to be developed on the Carolina North Tract by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

  • An updated Transportation Impact Analysis (TIA) for the Carolina North Project shall be submitted by the University in December 2009.
