Carrier Lines. All Participants acknowledge that the Transaction of Message Content between Participants is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participants’ control. Provided a Participant uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Performance and Service Specifications, and the Operating Policies and Procedures, the Participants assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Participants’ control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Message Content or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Participants’ control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participants’ risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.
Carrier Lines. Each Participant and HEALTHeLINK acknowledges that access to the HIE is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information will be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which are beyond HEALTHeLINK’s and each Participant’s control. Neither HEALTHeLINK nor any Participant assumes any liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted on the carrier lines, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any data or other information attributable to transmission on the carrier lines. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participant’s risk and is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
Carrier Lines. The Parties acknowledge that the submission of HIE Data to NC HIEA is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Submitters’ control. Provided a Submitter uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Submitters assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Submitters’ control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any HIE Data or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Submitters’ control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Submitters’ risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.
Carrier Lines. The transmission of messages is provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “Carrier Lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participant’s control. Provided that Participant uses reasonable security measures that comply with its accreditation(s) and the SOP(s), Participant does not assume any liability relating to (i) the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information resulting from transmission using Carrier Lines that are not under Participant’s control, or (ii) any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Basic Message information resulting from transmission using Carrier Lines that are not under Participant’s control.
Carrier Lines. By using the System and the Services, each Participant shall acknowledge that access to the System is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information will be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which are beyond HIO’s control. HIO assumes no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted on the carrier lines, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any data or other information attributable to transmission on the carrier lines. Use of the carrier lines is solely at user’s risk and is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

The parties acknowledge that access to the Gateway is provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third- party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the parties’ control. Provided the parties use reasonable security measures, neither party assumes any liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the party’s control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the party’s control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at Participant’s risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.
Carrier Lines. Redwood MedNet assumes no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted on the carrier lines, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any data or other information attributable to transmission on the carrier lines. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participant’s risk and is subject to all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
Carrier Lines. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ACCESS TO THE SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED OVER VARIOUS FACILITIES AND COMMUNICATIONS LINES, AND INFORMATION WILL BE TRANSMITTED OVER LOCAL EXCHANGE AND INTERNET BACKBONE CARRIER LINES AND THROUGH ROUTERS, SWITCHES, AND OTHER DEVICES (COLLECTIVELY, “CARRIER LINES”) OWNED, MAINTAINED, AND SERVICED BY THIRD-PARTY CARRIERS, UTILITIES, AND INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS, ALL OF WHICH ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR, OR RELATING TO, THE INTEGRITY, PRIVACY, SECURITY, CONFIDENTIALITY, OR USE OF ANY INFORMATION WHILE IT IS TRANSMITTED ON THE CARRIER LINES, OR ANY DELAY, FAILURE, INTERRUPTION, INTERCEPTION, LOSS, TRANSMISSION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION ATTRIBUTABLE TO TRANSMISSION ON THE CARRIER LINES. USE OF THE CARRIER LINES IS SOLELY AT YOUR RISK AND IS SUBJECT TO ALL APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS.

All Participants acknowledge that the exchange of Health Data between Participants through the Network is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participants’ or Vendor’s control. Provided a Participant and Vendor use reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Participants and Vendor assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Participants’ and Vendor’s control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Health Data or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Participants’ and Vendor’s control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participants’ and Vendor’s risk and is subject to all Applicable Laws.
Carrier Lines. The Participating Agency acknowledges that the Transmittal of data between Participating Agencies, the Data Recipient and the Data Integration Hub is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and data shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participating Agency’s control. Provided the Participating Agency uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in the E-MOU, its Specifications, and applicable federal and state law, the Participating Agency assumes no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any data while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond Participating Agency’s control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, Transmittal, or corruption of any data or other information attributable to Transmittal over those carrier lines which are beyond Participating Agency’s control. The use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participating Agency’s risk and is subject to all applicable federal and state law. If a Breach occurs and it is determined that it happened because of a carrier issue, the Participating Agency responsible for the Transmittal of Data is the responsible party for the Breach notification. However, data should be encrypted using current industry standard algorithms agreed on by the parties involved before transmission occurs.
