Carrier Reference Manual definition

Carrier Reference Manual means the document developed by the Exchange that provides business rules and operational instructions to authorized carriers participating on the Exchange.
Carrier Reference Manual has the meaning set forth in COMAR 14.35.15.02.B(5).
