Carryover Interest Distribution Amount definition

Carryover Interest Distribution Amount. With respect to each Class of Certificates, except the Class X Certificates and the Residual Certificates, and each Distribution Date, all amounts that were distributable on such Class as Interest Distribution Amounts and as Carryover Interest Distribution Amounts on the previous Distribution Date but not previously distributed, together with interest accrued on such amount at the Pass-Through Rate in effect for such Class during the related Interest Accrual Period. With respect to each Subaccount on each Distribution Date, all amounts that were allocable to such Subaccount as Priority Interest Distribution Amounts and as Carryover Interest Distribution Amounts on the previous Distribution Date but not previously distributed, together with interest accrued on any such amount at the Pass-Through Rate in effect for the Corresponding Certificates with respect to such Subaccount during the related Interest Accrual Period.
Carryover Interest Distribution Amount. For each Distribution Date and with respect to each Class of Certificates, except the Class X Certificates and the Residual Certificates, all amounts that were distributable on the previous Distribution Date, but were not distributed, as (a) Interest Distribution Amounts and (b) unpaid Interest Distribution Amounts from previous Distribution Dates with interest thereon at the related Pass-Through Rate. For each Distribution Date and with respect to each Subaccount, all amounts that were allocable on the previous Distribution Date, but were not allocated, as (a) Priority Interest Distribution Amounts and (b) unpaid Priority Interest Distribution Amounts from previous Distribution Dates with interest thereon at the related Pass-Through Rate in effect for the Corresponding Certificates with respect to such Subaccount. With respect to each Class of Subsidiary Interests on each Distribution Date, all amounts that were allocable to such Subsidiary Interests as Interest Distribution Amounts on the previous Distribution Date but not previously distributed, together with interest accrued on any such amount at the Weighted Average Net Asset Rate.
Carryover Interest Distribution Amount means, with respect to any distribution date, any accrued and unpaid interest for that class of offered notes from prior interest periods, together with interest at the applicable Note Interest Rate on the unpaid amount.

More Definitions of Carryover Interest Distribution Amount

Carryover Interest Distribution Amount means, with respect to any distribution date, any accrued and unpaid carryover interest for that class of auction rate notes from prior interest periods, together with interest at a rate equal to one-month LIBOR from the auction rate note payment date for the auction period for which the carryover interest was calculated on the unpaid carryover interest.

  • Interest Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class A Certificates, any Mezzanine Certificates and any Class CE Certificates, the aggregate Accrued Certificate Interest on the Certificates of such Class for such Distribution Date.

  • Class Interest Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class and each Distribution Date, an amount equal to interest accrued during the related Interest Accrual Period (computed on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve 30-day months) at the applicable Interest Rate on the Class Balance thereof immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Class A Interest Distribution Amount means, as to each Class of Class A Certificates and any Remittance Date, the sum of the amounts specified in clause (a)(i), (a)(ii), (a)(iii), (a)(iv), (a)(v) and (a)(vi), as appropriate, of the definition of the term "Class A Formula Distribution Amount" and the Unpaid Class A Interest Shortfall, if any, with respect to such Class.

  • Accrual Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date prior to the applicable Accretion Termination Date and any Class of Accrual Certificates, an amount equal to the sum of (i) the Class A Interest Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the Current Class A Interest Distribution Amount and (ii) the Class A Interest Shortfall Percentage of such Class of Accrual Certificates of the amount distributed in respect of the Classes of Class A Certificates pursuant to Paragraph second of Section 4.01(a)(i) on such Distribution Date.   • Class IO Distribution Amount As defined in Section 5.07(f) hereof. For purposes of clarity, the Class IO Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall equal the amount payable to the Supplemental Interest Trust on such Distribution Date in excess of the amount payable on the Class IO Interest on such Distribution Date, all as further provided in Section 5.07(f) hereof.

  • REMIC I Distribution Amount For any Distribution Date, the REMIC I Available Distribution Amount shall be distributed to the REMIC I Regular Interests and the Class R-1 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • Class C Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of (i) the Current Interest for the Class C Interest for such Distribution Date, (ii) any Overcollateralization Release Amount for such Distribution Date and (iii) without duplication, any Subsequent Recoveries not distributed to the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates on such Distribution Date; provided, however, that, on any Distribution Date after the Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates have been reduced to zero, the Class C Distribution Amount shall include the Overcollateralization Amount.

  • REMIC IV Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the Classes of REMIC IV Regular Interests; and

  • Class B Distribution Amount Any of the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 or Class B-6 Distribution Amounts.

  • REMIC III Distribution Amount The REMIC III Available Distribution Amount for any Distribution Date shall be distributed to the Certificates and the Class R-3 Residual Interest in the following amounts and priority:

  • REMIC II Distribution Amount shall not cause a reduction in the Class Principal Balances of any of the REMIC II Regular Interests; and

  • Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount means, for any distribution date, the sum of: • the amount of interest accrued at the class B note rate for the related accrual period on the outstanding principal balance of the class B notes on the immediately preceding distribution date, after giving effect to all principal distributions to class B noteholders on that preceding distribution date, and • the Class B Note Interest Shortfall for that distribution date.
