Case Website definition

Case Website means the website maintained by Omni where parties are able to view the Plan, Disclosure Statement and other documents related to the Chapter 11 Cases at https://cases.omniagentsolutions.com/luckysmarket.

Case Website means the dedicated website, www. .com, established for the purposes of this case, which is described in Paragraph 80 below.

Case Website means the website maintained by the Voting and Claims Agent at https://omnimgt.com/SeniorCareCenters.

Examples of Case Website in a sentence

• No later than five (5) days after the Effective Date, the Debtors or Reorganized Debtors, as applicable, shall post on the Case Website the Scheduled Administrative Claims that are based on unpaid liabilities incurred by the Debtors in the ordinary course of their business after the Petition Date.
