Cash Back Points definition

Cash Back Points means any Meridian cash back rewards points issued in accordance with the Program;

Examples of Cash Back Points in a sentence

  • Any Cash-like Transactions including Cash advances, and interest charges, fees, payments, credit or debit adjustments and any amount other than Purchases that may be charged to your Account with your Card, do not quality for Cash Back Points.

  • Additional Cash Back Points (up to $500 CAD, unless otherwise set out under the Program) can be purchased (with the exception of purchasing for Account Credit Rewards) at the time you are requesting redemption.

  • Upon closure of the Account your Cash Back Points will be forfeited on the date of closure.

  • Cash Back Points will not expire as long as your Account remains open and in good standing, except as described in Section 19 (Termination of the Program).

  • You can also view your Cash Back Points balance at meridianvisa.ca/cbrewards.

  • Where Cash Back Points are issued, your Cash Back Points account statement, which is included in your Account statement will show the number of Cash Back Points, if any, earned for that month’s NetPurchases.

  • From time to time, we may offer bonus program Cash Back Points based on a higher Earn Rate or for Purchases at designated merchants or merchant types.

  • You must tell us in writing, no later than 30 days after your Account statement date, of any mistakes to your Cash Back Points account statement or missing information in your Cash Back Point account statement.

  • The required number of Cash Back Points for each Reward is set out in our online Rewards catalogue at meridianvisa.ca/cbrewards as well as any advertisements or other special offers that we may send to you and includes any taxes and basic shopping charges.

  • If you do not tell us, you agree that your Cash Back Points account statement is correct, except for any amount we applied incorrectly which we may reverse at any time.

  • Cash Back and “Cash Credit” means cash rewards benefit issued by the provider/bank for eligible applications or transactions.

  • Cash Burn means an amount equal to the prior period’s Cash minus the current period’s ending Cash that has been adjusted for any changes to Cash as a result of borrowings and repayments of borrowings, proceeds from the sale of equity and the exercise of stock options or warrants, paid-in-capital and minority interest, and capital expenditures financed under a capital lease.

  • Acceptable earned value management system means an earned value management system that generally complies with system criteria in paragraph (b) of this clause.

  • Cash Balance means, at any date of determination, the unencumbered and otherwise unrestricted cash and Cash Equivalents of the NCLC Group.

  • Earned value management system means an earned value management system that complies with the earned value management system guidelines in the ANSI/EIA-748.

  • NERC Interchange Distribution Calculator means the NERC mechanism that is in effect and being used to calculate the distribution of energy, over specific transmission interfaces, from energy transactions.

  • Cash Balances means cash in hand or credited to any account with a financial institution and securities which are readily convertible into cash;

  • Cash Contribution Amount means the aggregate amount of cash contributions made to the capital of the Issuer or any Guarantor described in the definition of “Contribution Indebtedness.”

  • Performance Cash means any cash incentives granted pursuant to Article 9 payable to the Participant upon the achievement of such performance goals as the Committee shall establish.

  • Energy savings performance contract means a contract under which the rate of payments is based upon energy and operational cost savings and a stipulated maximum energy consumption level over the life of the contract.

  • Half-value layer (HVL) means the thickness of specified material which attenuates the beam of radiation to an extent such that the exposure rate is reduced to one-half of its original value. In this definition the contribution of all scattered radiation, other than any which might be present initially in the beam concerned, is deemed to be excluded.

  • energy performance contracting means a contractual arrangement between the beneficiary and the provider of an energy efficiency improvement measure, verified and monitored during the whole term of the contract, where investments (work, supply or service) in that measure are paid for in relation to a contractually agreed level of energy efficiency improvement or other agreed energy performance criterion, such as financial savings;

  • net earnings means such earnings as are calculated in accordance with paragraph 42 or 52, as the case may be;

  • Eligible production company means that term as defined under section 455 of the Michigan business tax act, 2007 PA 36, MCL 208.1455.

  • Free Cash means the aggregate book value of the holdings which at all times are available for the Issuer of any:

  • Nominated Energy Efficiency Value means the amount of load reduction that an Energy Efficiency Resource commits to provide through installation of more efficient devices or equipment or implementation of more efficient processes or systems.

  • Minimum Cash Balance means a cash balance to be held by the Debtors on the Effective Date in an amount equal to $75 million plus any amounts received on account of GCI (as defined in the Uniti Term Sheet) reimbursements and Cash Payments (as defined in the Uniti Term Sheet) received by the Debtors on or before the Effective Date.

  • Bonus Amount means the greater of (i) the average annual incentive bonus earned by Executive from the Company (or its affiliates) during the last three (3) completed fiscal years of the Company immediately preceding Executive's Date of Termination (annualized in the event Executive was not employed by the Company (or its affiliates) for the whole of any such fiscal year), and (ii) the Executive's target annual incentive bonus for the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

  • Defined Contribution Plan Fraction means a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the annual additions to a Participant’s accounts under all Defined Contribution Plans maintained by one or more Affiliated Companies, and the denominator of which is the sum of the lesser of (i) or (ii) for such Plan Year and for each prior Plan Year of Service with one or more Related Companies, where (i) is the product of 1.25 multiplied by the dollar limitation in effect under Section 415(c)(1)(A) of the Code for the Plan Year (determined without regard to Section 415(c)(6) of the Code), and (ii) is the product of 1.4 multiplied by the amount which may be taken into account under Section 415(c)(1)(B) of the Code (or Section 415(c)(7) of the Code, if applicable) with respect to the Participant for the Plan Year. Solely for purposes of this definition, contributions made directly by an Employee to a Defined Benefit Plan which maintains a qualified cost-of-living arrangement as such term is defined in Section 415(k)(2) shall be treated as Annual Additions. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the numerator of the Defined Contribution Plan Fraction shall be adjusted pursuant to Treasury Regulations 1.415-7(d)(1) and Questions T-6 and T-7 of Internal Revenue Service Notice 83-10.

  • Mean Sea Level means the average height of the sea for all stages of the tide. It is used as a reference for establishing various elevations within the floodplain. For the purposes of this Ordinance, the term is synonymous with the National Geodetic Vertical Datum (NGVD) of 1929, the North American Vertical Datum (NAVD) of 1988, or other datum, to which Base Flood Elevations shown on a community's Flood Insurance Rate Map are referenced.

  • True-Up Amount means the difference between the ABO calculated by using the member’s actual creditable service and the actual final average compensation as of the member’s effective date in the FRS Investment Plan and the ABO initially transferred.

  • Gross Calorific Value of “GCV” shall mean that quantity of heat expressed in Kilowatt- hour produced by the complete combustion of one (1) normal cubic metre of Natural Gas at twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius and an absolute pressure of one decimal zero one three two five (1.01325) bar with excess air at the same temperature and pressure as the Natural Gas when the products of combustion are cooled to twenty-five (25) degrees Celsius and when the water formed by combustion is condensed to the liquid state and the products of combustion contain the same total mass of water vapor as the Natural Gas and air before combustion.

  • Net energy billing means a billing and metering practice under which a customer-generator is billed on the basis of net energy over the billing period.

  • Aggregate Industry Equivalent Unit Score is then calculated for each S&P Industry Classification, shown on Schedule 2, and is equal to the sum of the Equivalent Unit Scores for each issuer in such industry classification group.

  • Adjusted Pool Amount (PO Portion) With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the amounts, calculated as follows, with respect to all Outstanding Mortgage Loans: the product of (i) the PO Fraction for each such Mortgage Loan and (ii) the remainder of (A) the Cut-Off Date Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan minus (B) the sum of (x) all amounts in respect of principal received in respect of such Mortgage Loan (including, without limitation, amounts received as Monthly Payments, Periodic Advances, Unscheduled Principal Receipts and Substitution Principal Amounts) and distributed to Holders of the Certificates on such Distribution Date and all prior Distribution Dates and (y) the principal portion of any Realized Loss (other than a Debt Service Reduction) incurred on such Mortgage Loan from the Cut-Off Date through the end of the month preceding such Distribution Date.

  • Unit Value means, at any time, the value of each Stock Unit, which value shall be equal to the Fair Market Value (as defined in the Plan) of a Share on such date.
