Cash Collateral and Disbursement Agreement definition

Cash Collateral and Disbursement Agreement means that certain Cash Collateral and Disbursement Agreement, dated as of February 25, 2003, among the Indenture Trustee, U.S. Bank National Association, as Disbursement Agent, the Construction Consultant and Borrowers.

Cash Collateral and Disbursement Agreement means the Cash Collateral and Disbursement Agreement among the Issuers, the Trustee, the Independent Construction Consultant and the Disbursement Agent, in connection with the Isle- Black Hawk.
