Independent Construction Consultant definition

Independent Construction Consultant means the independent construction consultant to be retained in connection with the construction of the Isle-Black Hawk, or any successor independent construction consultant appointed by the Trustee pursuant to the terms of the Cash Collateral and Disbursement Agreement.

Independent Construction Consultant means Professional Associates Construction Services, Inc., a California corporation, and its successors or replacements as provided in the Cash Collateral and Disbursement Agreement.
