Cash Equivalent Amount definition

Cash Equivalent Amount has the meaning given in paragraph 4(h);
Cash Equivalent Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12.
Cash Equivalent Amount means an amount equal to the sum of (A) the cash portion of the Offer Price and (B) the product of (1) the Parent Common Stock Cash Value and (2) the portion of the Offer Price paid in shares of Parent Common Stock.

Cash Equivalent Amount means, in respect of any Physical Settlement Obligation, an amount, determined by the Calculation Agent three Business Days prior to the Credit Event Redemption Date, which is equal to the market value of such Physical Settlement Obligation (net of any costs, fees, charges, taxes and expenses in connection with the sale thereof).
