Cash Equivalent Amount definition

Cash Equivalent Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12.

More Definitions of Cash Equivalent Amount

Cash Equivalent Amount means, in respect of any Physical Settlement Obligation, an amount, determined by the Calculation Agent three Business Days prior to the Credit Event Redemption Date, which is equal to the market value of such Physical Settlement Obligation (net of any costs, fees, charges, taxes and expenses in connection with the sale thereof).

For purposes of determining the Cash Equivalent Amount, the shares of Common Stock shall be valued at 80% multiplied by the lower of (i) the 30-Day Average Price of the Common Stock or (ii) the 5-Day
Cash Equivalent Amount means an amount equal to 95% of the Average Market Price per share of Series A TCI Group Common Stock, such Average Market Price to be determined (i) in the case of a dividend payment, as of the related Record Date, (ii) in the case of a redemption payment, as of the related Redemption Date and (iii), in the case of a Liquidating Payment, as of the Liquidating Payment Date.
