On each Cash Flow Payment Date (or such earlier date elected by the Borrower following any Sweep Calculation Date), subject to the terms of Section 2.04(c), the Borrower shall prepay an aggregate principal amount of the Loans in an amount equal to the Excess Cash Flow Payment Amount calculated for the Sweep Calculation Date occurring immediately prior to such Cash Flow Payment Date.
The Excess Cash Flow Offer is required to remain open for 20 Business Days and payment pursuant to the Excess Cash Flow Offer will be made on the Excess Cash Flow Payment Date.
