Examples of Cash Flow Payment Date in a sentence
If there is Excess Cash Flow for any fiscal year and the Debt Ratio as of the last day of such fiscal year is less than or equal to 3.5 to 1.0, 50% of such Excess Cash Flow shall be applied toward the prepayment of the Loans and the permanent reduction of the Commitments as set forth in clause (iv) of this subsection 2.6(b) on the Excess Cash Flow Payment Date for such fiscal year.
On each Cash Flow Payment Date (or such earlier date elected by the Borrower following any Sweep Calculation Date), subject to the terms of Section 2.04(c), the Borrower shall prepay an aggregate principal amount of the Loans in an amount equal to the Excess Cash Flow Payment Amount calculated for the Sweep Calculation Date occurring immediately prior to such Cash Flow Payment Date.
Interest on the Notes purchased will cease to accrue on and after the Excess Cash Flow Payment Date.

The purchase price of Notes to be purchased pursuant to an Excess Cash Flow Offer shall be equal to 100% of the principal amount thereof, plus accrued and unpaid interest thereon, if any, to the Excess Cash Flow Payment Date.
However, if the Excess Cash Flow Payment Date is on or after an interest record date and on or before the related interest payment date, any accrued and unpaid interest shall be paid to the Person in whose name a Note is registered at the close of business on such record date, and no additional interest shall be payable to Holders who tender Notes pursuant to the Excess Cash Flow Offer.
The Record Date (herein so called) to determine the Holders who shall be entitled to receive the payment shall be 10 Business Days before the Cash Flow Payment Date selected by the Issuer.
The sum of Excess Cash Flow allocable to this Security shall, except as otherwise provided in the Indenture referred to on the Reverse hereof, be paid to the Person in whose name this Security is registered on the Record Date next preceding such Cash Flow Payment Date, whether or not such is a Business Day; In the event a Default occurs as to the payment of Excess Cash Flow, interest shall accrue at the Default Rate from the preceding Record Date for which there was no such Default.
The Redemption Date for redemptions under this Section 3.09 shall be the Excess Cash Flow Payment Date following the applicable Excess Cash Flow Determination Date.
