Cash Flow Target definition

Cash Flow Target means the amount that the Company shall designate as the cash provided by operating activities that Xxxxxx must achieve in order for the Executive to earn the bonus described in Sections 4 (b) of this Agreement; and

Cash Flow Target and “Cumulative Cash Flow Target” for any given year shall be as set forth in Appendix B of this Agreement, subject to the provisions of Section 3.4.

  • Excess Cash Flow Percentage 50%; provided that the Excess Cash Flow Percentage shall be reduced to (a) 25% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 3.75 to 1.00 and (b) to 0% if the Consolidated Total Leverage Ratio as of the last day of the relevant fiscal year is not greater than 2.25 to 1.00.

  • Excess Cash Flow Period means each fiscal year of the Borrower, commencing with the fiscal year of the Borrower ending on December 31, 2016.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Operating Cash Flow means the Company’s or a business unit’s sum of Net Income plus depreciation and amortization less capital expenditures plus changes in working capital comprised of accounts receivable, inventories, other current assets, trade accounts payable, accrued expenses, product warranty, advance payments from customers and long-term accrued expenses, determined in accordance with generally acceptable accounting principles.

  • Annualized Consolidated EBITDA means, for any quarter, the product of Consolidated EBITDA for such period of time multiplied by four (4).
